Our Programs

High School Diploma Program

This program is available as a college or career preparation program, freshman to senior year. The program is 24 credits total, taken at your pace. It can also be customized to help students graduate midway through high school.

AP®/Honors Courses

These advanced courses are perfect for students who need an extra challenge. The courses are designed to be fast-paced and prepare the student for college-level courses.

Credit Recovery or Summer School

These individual courses are great for those students looking to take extra classes to catch up, get ahead, or replace a grade. Instead of sitting in a classroom with direct and indirect instruction, you control the pace, timing, and intensity of preparation.

ACT®/SAT® Preparation

Our powerful test prep engine learns your weaknesses and strengths, then tailors the program to your exact needs. While other prep classes charge by the hour, our package allows you unlimited instructional access each month of use. Study for as long as you need to reach your testing goals.

English As A Second Language (ESL)

Created for new English speakers, Franklin delivers an individu- alized path for each student. Detailed study reports help teachers/coaches follow, direct, and personalize learner progress. Extension activities provide teachers with lesson plans and classroom activities. The blended ESL model combines classroom coaching and individual tutoring instruction with computer/mo- bile device practice.

Student Support

International partners and students are supported by FLC/FVS faculty, tutors, and student services. All students in FLC/FVS graduation programs are enrolled through the registrar’s of ce for credit validation and transfer and graduation plan development. Assigned home- room teachers review ongoing progress reports and work directly with students and parents. Core subject experts (certi ed teachers) review coursework document submissions, grade special work as needed, analyze course con tents, and develop success strategies for students.

Testimonials

It’s very interesting to understand how the United States government works with details and day to day. Here in Brazil we do not learn with so many details like this.

Fernanda Zanareli

High School student at the Colégio Integrado

One of the most interesting things about the Franklin high school environment is to meet and talk to people from all over the world, to know their everyday activities and how the culture is in different places.

I like being able to talk and train English with teachers and colleagues. At first it seemed harder but then they help us and everything gets simpler.
